We are proud to announce a business transfer of ownership effective Thursday, March 10, 2022 to our new owner Spotless Gutter Cleaning and Repair of NJ, Inc., run by Gutter and Roofing expert, John Mahland.

John Mahland has over 20 years of experience owning and operating an A+ BBB rated, family-owned gutter and roofing company with locations throughout New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. The company values, above all else, Integrity, Excellence and Quality Service in everything that we do. We have worked extremely hard over the decades to maintain an outstanding relationship and reputation in the communities we serve. We intend to continue that tradition throughout New Jersey as we have done since 2005.

What this means for you the customer is that the exemplary service that Chris Hamilton has built as well as the dedication and loyalty that has been provided to customers that you have come to know will continue in years to come! In addition, Chris is still offering his Consultation and he will remain involved with operations for many months ahead.

All service contracts and services will remain in place, as well as our contact information, location, and phone numbers etc. In addition to retaining most of Chris’ technicians and staff who have serviced your homes, we have hired additional staff too! We have also added new and improved service options such as:

• Roof repair, replacements and installations
