Is Spotless Gutter Cleaning licensed and insured?

A: YES, we are both licensed and fully insured. There is an important distinction here in that many contractors say they are insured when in fact they only carry general liability insurance. While we carry a 2-million-dollar general liability policy, we are also fully insured with workman’s compensation insurance.

We take the protection of our clients and our employees very seriously.  A copy of any license or insurance documents can be made available upon your request.

Are estimates free?

A: YES, our gutter cleaning/repair/installation/guards, roof washing/pressure washing estimates are free.

What areas of New Jersey do you Service?

A: Our office is located in Parsippany, New Jersey in Morris County. We also service Bergen County, Essex County, and Union County.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?

A: Yes, we fully guarantee our work. Specifically, gutter cleaning is guaranteed for 30 days. Our workmanship in regards to gutter installation and repairs is guaranteed for 1 year.

Do I need to be at home when you service my home?

A: Ideally, yes. We are very proud of our crews and attention to detail and we would love for you to see our work product. However, we understand that is not always possible and we can make arrangements to schedule work at times most convenient to you.

Can I pay my bill online?

A: Yes, upon the completion of the job you will receive an invoice through email in which you have the option to pay online safely and easily.

Does Spotless Gutter Cleaning take credit cards?

A: YES, we take most major credit cards. We do not have any additional fees associated with using credit cards.

Does Spotless Gutter install gutter guards?

A: YES, we do. We have completed gutter guard installations for many years to the satisfaction of our customers.  We are authorized installers of MicroGuard Leaf Protection systems. Our years of experience have shown that this is a heavy-duty product that stands the test of time and keeps the gutters clean.

When is the best time to clean my gutters?

A: A good rule of thumb is spring/early summer or late fall for many or most homes in New Jersey. However, many of our local NJ customers elect to have 3 or even 4 annual gutter cleanings on a maintenance contract.

Do you use water to clean?

A: YES, our team water test and flush all downspouts to ensure they are clear and functioning. The purpose of this is to simulate rain and to ensure the gutters are spotless! We flush the entire gutter system to the ground level to ensure they are working as they should. Exclusions would include winter weather.

Do you take any and all debris?

A: YES, we remove and haul away all the debris and dispose of it in our facility.

Do you do roof cleaning?

A: YES, we are certified soft wash roof cleaning experts. Our truck mounted pump system will mix the exact combination of biodegradable cleaning solutions and we apply carefully to your roof.

Are annual maintenance service available?

A: Yes, we do offer service contracts that are discounted. When booking service with our office or online, please indicate that you are interested in a service contract and we will email you one.

Do you also handle roofing and siding repair work that may need to be done?

A: Yes, we are experts at roof leak detection, roof repairs, fascia repair, and siding work. We could also extend your gutter downspout system as needed to help prevent water buildup near the foundation.

Do you offer gutter repairs?

A: Yes, we have built our 20-year reputation on installing and repairing aluminum and copper gutters as well as downspouts. Please ask for a free estimate.
